Improving our thinking:)
Thinking tools Cognitive Research Trust
Another form of thinking in writing is using Edward De Bono’s CORT Congnitive REsearch Trust thinking tools to REALLY help you think abnout something. THere are 60 such thinking tools in existence. I recommend 5 of them to everyone. They will do wonders when you are in a meeting with people who dislike an idea or when you want to present something. When someone’s negative, always ask them to do a PMI of the idea first:) It will change your meetings and interractions. PMI - PLus MInus INteresting CAF - Consider all Factors AGO - Aims GOals Objectives C&S - COnsequences and Sequel FIP - FIrst IMportant Priorities OPV - Other people-s views APC aLTERNATIVES, POSSIBILITIES, CHOICES
